Descripción

We are looking for a motivated team player to be part of our Customer Service team, whose main duties are managing incoming bookings and customer queries.

Your responsibilities will include:

– Answer inbound customer queries via phone and email
– Help customers complete and amend bookings
– Assist travelling customers with issues related to their transfer arrangements
– Liaise with suppliers to ensure all services are assigned, scheduled and provided successfully.
– Collaborate with other departments as required

Required Skills:

– Native English Speaker with advanced Spanish. Additional languages will be highly valued
– Strong customer service and people skills, friendly demeanour and ability to calmly address customer issues and complaints
– Highly organized and detail-oriented
– Excellent telephone communication skills
– Team worker
– Flexible and comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment.
